3D STITCH –  polymer clay construction 
CLASS TIME: 1.30PM – 4.30PM
Children will bring this favourite character to life in 3D form using polymer clay. This class focuses on fine motor skills while children explore their creative imagination.
This needs to be baked in the oven at home to harden – instructions will be sent home with children.

Please send children in clothing appropriate for an art lesson.

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All holiday class transfers; refunds and cancellations need to be discussed via phone or email.

Holiday Class Transfers – NO CHARGE

You can transfer your child from one class to another within the same holiday program at NO CHARGE, if there is an available place to transfer to. Confirmation of this possibility will need to be approved by the art school.

Student Transfer - Holiday Class - NO CHARGE

You can transfer a holiday art class booking to another child, such as a sibling or friend at any time and at NO CHARGE. Please advise the art school of this change prior to the class going ahead.

CREDITS

Credit vouchers (the full amount) will be provided for cancelled classes – only if application is made 7 days prior to the first day of the holiday program commencing. Credit vouchers will only be valid for the current or immediately following holiday program, after that they expire.

REFUNDS

Refunds can be arranged however the following administration fees will apply to all refunds:

$10 per lesson cancelled - 10 days or more prior to commencement of the 1st day of the Holiday Program.

$15 per lesson cancelled - 9 - 7 days prior to commencement of the 1st day of the Holiday Program.

$20 per lesson cancelled - 6- 3 days prior to commencement of the 1st day of the Holiday Program.

$30 per lesson cancelled - 72 hours prior to commencement of the 1st day of the Holiday Program.

There will be no refunds or credits if you withdraw, cancel or do not show up on the day of the class.
LOYALTY DISCOUNTS

TERM STUDENTS - currently enrolled at the art school

Term students get a $8.50 discount against each holiday classes they book into. A discount code is emailed to parents prior to holiday classes going online.

Discount codes need to be processes at check out; they cannot be applied for retrospectively.

LOYALTY DISCOUNT - multiple bookings for an individual child

If you make more than 6 bookings within one holiday program, for an individual child, we will send you a voucher for one free 3hr holiday class, valued at $75.00.

This voucher will only be valid for the immediate following Holiday Program, after that it expires.

We will only send these vouchers out after current program is complete.

We do not offer sibling discounts for Holiday art lessons.
