START ART SCHOOL BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Make your child’s birthday party a fun & memorable occasion.

You choose a theme and we create an art lesson to meet your child's requirements.

Each child goes home with an art work and has engaged in a creative art experience!

 

VENUE

In the  START ART SCHOOL art room – 6 Prentice Lane, Willoughby.

 

FORMAT

Art parties are held on Sunday between 10am – 4pm.

You get 15mins prior the art lesson to decorate the art room before welcoming guests.

30mins after the art lesson for cutting the cake/eating.

 

DURATION & PRICE

We offer two birthday packages:

 

5-6 YEAR OLD – 2hrs (art lesson 1hr)

10 children @ $55.00 per child - $550.00+GST = $605.00

This is the minimum fee even if there are fewer than 10 children.

Additional children will be $35 per child.

 Maximum of 12 children

Exceeding 12 children in this age group requires a teacher assistant,

so there will be an additional cost of $150.00 for a group of between 13 and 16 children.

 

6-12 YEAR OLD – 2.5hrs  (art lesson 1hr.45min)

10 children @ $60.00 per child - $600.00+GST = $660.00

This is the minimum fee even if there are fewer than 10 children.

Additional children will be $40+GST per child.

Maximum of 16 children

 

CLASS OPTIONS

• Acrylic painting on canvas

• T-shirt painting

• Calico bag painting

• Polymer clay AGE 6+

• Watercolour on paper

• Craft

 

You will have exclusive use of our art room and access to our basic kitchenette.

It is important to inform invited children that the art party starts at a set time, arriving late is not an option.

If the party starts late due to children arriving late there will be a surcharge of  $25 per quarter hour,

art teachers are paid for the time they are in the art room.

 

Included:

All art materials

Aprons to wear during the art lesson

Finished artwork for each child to take home

Experienced Art Tutor to run your art workshop

Use of our small kitchenette

An email invitation for you to send out.

Not included:

Birthday cake

Catering (party food, drinks, etc)

Decorations, cups, plates, lolly & favour bags, etc.

 

OPTIONAL EXTRAS

Face Painting

Add on face painting for all invited children - packages supplied on request.

Parents & family of the birthday child can remain for the duration of the art party, it is drop and go for parents of invited children.

For preschool children there is the option of one parents remaining.
