Class description

​

Through a series of art classes, focusing on visual literacy and observations skills, children will be exposed to the fundamental skills of line, shape, form, tone, colour and composition.

Children will explore art making skills in a broad range of mediums: drawing, painting, printmaking and sculpture.

We also focus on current and historical visual artists, giving children a solid foundation in art for when they start high school.

Each term we introduces a new range of exciting art activities.

Thursday 3:45pm - 5:15pm - Vivienne

Saturday 12pm - 1.30pm - Madi

Saturday 2pm - 3.30pm - Madi

Maximum 12 children per art class.

Primary school enrolled children are eligible for this class.

These classes are drop and go classes - parents do not remain.

We offer limited places to children leaving Year 6, entering Year 7, who have been with us in the past, but this is dependent on availability and the age group in the class they want to attend.

 

Term price

$360+GST ($396) for an 8 week term

$45+GST for a 1.5hr lesson

Price is inclusive of all materials​ and a visual arts diary.
