REQUEST A CATCH UP CLASS

CONDITIONS - CATCH UP CLASS

Catch up classes are available, once per term, per student.
Notice of Absents cannot be applied for retrospectively, it needs to be requested prior to the class commencing.

Catch up classes will only be processed through submission of the

booking form on this page.

If possible please select at least 2 options for a catch up class.

WEEKDAY ENROLLED STUDENTS

Catch up classes are only offered between MONDAY - SATURDAY during

the week of the lesson missed.

We do not offer catch up classes outside of the week the lesson is being taught.

SATURDAY ENROLLED STUDENTS 

Catch up classes are offered between MONDAY - FRIDAY prior to the Saturday lesson missed, or the same Saturday as the class missed , in different time-slot. 

Children who are ill on Saturday, can request 1 hour added to their

regular lesson the following Saturday.

NO SHOW

Children who don’t show up for a class or meet the notice of absents requirements, will miss the lesson & possibly take home an incomplete artwork.

 

MISSED CLASSES 

No transfers, credits, refunds or adjustment in fees will be offered if your child misses a class, without prior notice.
