FROG & LILY PAD – 3D polymer clay – construction

CLASS TIME: 1.30PM – 4.30PM (3hrs)

Children will construct a 3D frog in polymer clay, positioning it on a large lily pad base.

Emphasis is on fine motor skills and attention to detail.

This will need to be baked in the oven at home to harden – instructions will be sent home with children.

Preschoolers are NOT accepted into our holiday program.

If a preschooler is booked in, our transfer & cancellation terms apply to that booking.

All holiday class transfers; refunds and cancellations need to be discussed via phone or email.

Holiday Class Transfers – NO CHARGE

You can transfer your child from one class to another within the same holiday program at NO CHARGE if there is an available place to transfer to. Confirmation of this possibility will need to be approved by the art school.

Student Transfer - Holiday Class - NO CHARGE

You can transfer a holiday art class booking to another child, such as a sibling or friend at any time and at NO CHARGE. Please advise the art school of the change prior to the class going ahead.

Credits

Credit vouchers will be provided for cancelled classes – only if application is made 7 days prior to the first day of the holiday program commencing.
Credit vouchers will only be valid for the current or immediately following holiday program, after that they expire.

Refunds

Refunds can be arranged however the following administration fees will apply to all refunds:

$10 per lesson cancelled - 10 days or more prior to commencement of the 1st day of the Holiday Program.

$15 per lesson cancelled - 9 - 7 days prior to commencement of the 1st day of the Holiday Program.

$20 per lesson cancelled - 6- 3 days prior to commencement of the 1st day of the Holiday Program.

$30 per lesson cancelled - 72 hours prior to commencement of the 1st day of the Holiday Program.

There will be no refunds or credits if you withdraw, cancel or do not show up on the day of the class.
LOYALTY DISCOUNTS

Loyalty Discounts - Holiday Program Students

If you make 7 or more booking in one holiday program for a specific child you will receive one free holiday lesson valued at $80 for the immediately following holiday program. After that the voucher expires.

We do not offer sibling discounts for Holiday art lessons.

Loyalty Discounts - Term Enrolled Students

Term enrolled student receive a $8.50 discount on each holiday class they book into. ( students need to have been enrolled for the full 8 week term to use this voucher)
This needs to be processed when bookings are made and cannot be applied for retrospectively.
